This role involves supporting the management of a multi-million pound store by motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.
Day-to-day tasks may include managing deliveries, placing orders, handling customer queries, managing people and performance, organizing holiday rotas, and supporting sales growth, customer service, cost minimization, and operational efficiency. You should be prepared to step into the Store Manager's role when needed.
