Digital Experience Partner
Salary: £47,917 plus excellent benefits
Location: Letchworth Garden City
Hybrid working: Two days per week in the office, three days from home
Contract: 10-month fixed term contract covering parental leave
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are looking for a creative Digital Experience Partner to join us on a fixed term contract covering parental leave. This exciting opportunity will see you shaping our digital presence and delivering high‑quality digital experiences for residents and colleagues.
Digital delivery
* Lead the end‑to‑end digital rebrand across all SettleParadigm digital channels
* Design, build and configure websites using WordPress and modern page builders
* Produce mock‑ups, prototypes and design assets
* Deliver front‑end development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and SEO best practice
Customer experience and product ownership
* Define and improve customer journeys across digital platforms
* Act as product owner for the customer portal environment
* Support seamless onboarding of users between portal platforms
Project and stakeholder management
* Define project plans, timelines and deliverables
* Act as the main point of contact for digital delivery
* Manage external agencies and suppliers
* Translate business and resident needs into clear digital requirements
Quality, testing and performance
* Lead testing and validation, including writing and executing test scripts
* Ensure all outputs are accurate, consistent and right first time
* Own digital performance reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar
* Embed accessibility, SEO and digital best practice across all platforms
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Understanding of SEO best practice
* Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
* Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
* Ability to analyse user behaviour and improve UX and UI
* Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
* Ability to manage workload independently
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent

* Managing and developing websites using WordPress and modern page builders
* Delivering digital projects from concept to launch
* Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver to tight deadlines
* Managing and designing customer facing portals or CMS platforms
Nice to haves
* Familiarity with AI tools to support digital delivery
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs or third‑party integrations
* Experience with email or text marketing platforms
* Experience migrating websites or digital platforms
* Experience delivering digital services in a housing or public sector environment
