Role Purpose
The IFA Administrator supports financial advisers by ensuring the smooth operation of client services, accurate processing of cases, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves managing back-office systems and client records to enable advisers to focus on delivering advice.
Key Responsibilities
Process new and existing business including pensions, investments, and protection
Maintain client records and manage cases using Intelligent Office (IO)
Prepare client review packs, letters, and correspondence in line with compliance standards
Liaise with clients and product providers to gather valuations, policy details, and other information
Support advisers with diary management, meetings, and administrative tasks
Ensure all documentation and processes comply with FCA regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role
Proficiency in Intelligent Office (IO) is essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Understanding of financial planning processes including pensions, investments, and protection
