You will inspire and lead the Insight team, ensuring they are a key source of insight, analytical expertise, and critical thinking. The team will be supported to drive business improvement through benchmarking, market intelligence, sector awareness, and knowledge sharing. You will ensure clear priorities are set as part of a structured work plan, identify learning and development needs, and make sure the team operates as an efficient, focused unit. You will take a proactive approach in developing our insight methodologies and supporting technologies, contributing to broader efforts to reform and modernise our ways of working. You will participate in change projects, providing intelligence that informs and shapes strategic decisions. You will lead and engage in discussions with colleagues, including senior leaders, about strategic and operational priorities, underpinned by evidence from internal performance data and external analysis. You will also support the development and management of performance and quality assurance frameworks to clarify what ‘good’ looks like and promote collective accountability. Additionally, you will strengthen links with other parts of the organisation that provide valuable data and build strong relationships across the business. You will help embed new mindsets and improve understanding of data analytics and strategic thinking to maximise value and keep us at the forefront of insight practices. You will proactively suggest and apply solutions based on analytical findings, contribute to strategic discussions, and support the delivery of excellent services for tenants. You will also be responsible for the accuracy and security of data, ensuring tenant information is protected and that we meet the requirements of the Social Housing (Regulation) Bill through effective data collection and analysis.
