We are looking for a self-employed Consultant Employment Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join us on a fully remote basis.
This role is ideal for a solicitor who wants to build their own practice with the support, infrastructure and reputation of an established firm.
What you’ll be doing
* Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters
* Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
* Handling disciplinary, grievance and workplace disputes
* Managing matters independently from instruction to completion
* Building and maintaining your own client relationships
* Developing your own client base (with support available)
What we’re looking for
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with minimum 3 years PQE in employment law
* Strong advisory experience (employer or mixed practice)
* Ability to work autonomously and manage files independently
* Commercial, practical approach to advice
* Entrepreneurial mindset and professionalism
* Desire to grow your own practice with flexibility
