Shift Requirements
Hours: 11 AM - 9 PM, with availability to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekends.
Location: This position is based out of our Inspection Center in Flint, MI, 48506.

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. Here’s how your earnings can grow:
* Pay Range: $17 - $19 hourly
* Starting Pay: $17/hr
* At 3 Months: $17.50/hr
* At 6 Months: $18/hr
In your first year, you can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr through our Careers Not Jobs program, which offers four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days!

About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players to:
* Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using our custom car haulers (no commercial license required—ample training provided).
* Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this role involves physical activity!) and inspect the car-hauler for safety.
* Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our tracking system.
* Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in various weather conditions.
* Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
* Requires high and low levels of movement, including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
* Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
