Join a leading construction services company supporting some of the UK's biggest restaurant and hotel brands. We're looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Administrator to join a friendly team in Sittingbourne.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for clients needing scheduled services. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting new clients up on the job logic system
Introducing yourself as the contact for scheduling all service/ planned maintenance visits during their contract
Booking maintenance and service visits up to 2 years in advance
Allocating visits to Engineers
Reviewing site documents
Tracking costs and profitability of client accounts
Raising quotations for remedial works
What We're Looking For
You don't need direct experience in this role to be successful! We're looking for someone who:
Ideally has experience in a similar role or a fact-paced admin position
Loves building and developing client relationships
Is quick to learn new computer systems
Can juggle multiple projects simultaneously
