We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Colchester that is seeking a dedicated LSA to join their inclusive hub from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with additional needs within a nurturing, well-resourced setting that is committed to inclusion.

The Role
* Full-time Learning Support Assistant within the school’s inclusive hub
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD and communication needs
* Delivering creative, engaging and personalised support strategies
* Working 1:1 and in small groups
* Supporting pupils’ emotional, social and academic development
* Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCO and support staff

* A creative and adaptable approach to supporting learning
* Experience working with children with SEN (school or similar setting)
* A calm, patient and nurturing manner
* A genuine passion for inclusion and helping every child succeed
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
