To help our clients remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes, your responsibilities may include:
* Providing conversation, a friendly face and a companion during activities in the home and in the local community.
* Supporting individuals to maintain independence and dignity with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation and medication support.
* Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe home environment by providing support with light housekeeping tasks.
* Providing reminders and support to appointments or outings into the local community.
Qualifications
You don't require any specific qualifications or experience to become a domiciliary Care Assistant, you just need a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle to allow you to travel from client to client.
