Job Overview
New Homes Site Sales role based at Southall.
Responsibilities
* Register client details and maintain accurate records.
* Book and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers between developers and buyers.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver high service standards.
* Generate new business through canvassing and calling our client database.
* Contact home owners to build relationships.
* Engage with the local community to build reputation.
* Prepare contracts and terms & conditions to secure sales.
* Advertise properties across all available channels: social media, quick sneak‑peek videos, leaflets, photography.
* Refer relevant business to internal resources – legal services, mortgage and protection advisers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (evidence such as passport or birth certificate).
* Demonstrable track record of success in a target‑driven sales role within an estate agency, ideally with New Homes experience.
* Strong customer service reputation and communication skills (email, phone, face‑to‑face and video).
* Ability to maintain momentum across multiple responsibilities.
* Team player mindset and drive to achieve win‑win outcomes.
* Fluency in Urdu or Punjabi is an advantage.
Benefits & Compensation
* Basic salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience).
* On‑target earnings of £40,000–£50,000.
* Hybrid schedule.
* Uncapped commission scheme: commission on mortgage & protection adviser appointments, legal sign‑ups, and on every plot sold.
* Dedicated training from day one with ongoing coaching.
* Incentive trips to destinations such as Texas, New‑York, Bangkok, Austria, Abu Dhabi.
