Food & Beverage Staff - Spring/Summer 2026 Location: THE PIG – at Harlyn Bay, Padstow, PL28 8SQ We are ideally seeking applicants available between 1st April 2026 or 1st July 2026 until September - October 2026. Hours: 0-hour casual and fixed-term contracts available. Evening and weekend shifts will be required. Staff Accommodation: Staff accommodation is limited. Ideally, we are seeking applicants who can commute to/from the hotel during their contract. Please indicate your accommodation status upon submitting your interest. During the warmer months, THE PIG – at Harlyn Bay becomes extremely popular. Our indoor restaurant service and outdoor dining – The Lobster Shed, welcome hotel guests, pre-booked reservations, and walk-ins. Our hotel is busy, providing our teams with a buzzy, atmospheric place of work all day, every day. To meet the demand, we are recruiting for summer, seasonal Food & Beverage Staff. We want our team to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. At THE PIG – at Harlyn Bay, you will continuously experience our daily changing menu, the seasonal produce in the garden and interactions with a variety of people in an informal setting. We encourage creativity and want our staff to feel empowered to give that little extra in everything they do. Whilst not on duty, you can soak up the summer festivities in Cornwall, enjoy a morning surf or an evening sunset on one of Cornwall’s glorious beaches! Upon successful completion of your contract, you will have the flexibility to leave our team or subject to availability, we can discuss a future with THE PIG Hotels, for a permanent position or just for future peak seasons.
