This full-time role involves supporting two pupils with SEMH needs across the school day. In the morning, you will support a Year 3 pupil with SEMH and Pathological Demand Avoidance, helping with emotional regulation and reintegration into the classroom. In the afternoon, you will work with a Year 5 pupil with SEMH needs, supporting behaviour, engagement and learning. The school has a strong SEN team and supportive leadership, making it a great environment for a resilient teaching assistant who enjoys building positive relationships with pupils who need consistent support.
