What you’ll be doing:
1. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.
2. You’ll lead a small team of 4-6 staff members.
3. You’ll motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
4. You’ll build rapport with customers through honest advice and exceeding their expectations.
What you’ll need - skills and experience:
1. Proven experience in leading a small team.
2. Managerial experience in retail or field sales, preferably in hard goods.
3. Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
4. Ability to motivate a team.
5. Knowledge of our product range is a plus.
6. Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
7. Willingness to learn and develop personally and professionally.
8. Strong accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.
9. Desire to succeed individually and as a team leader.
