What will you be doing?
You'll be a key part of the commissioning team for protection and control systems on HV substations (132kV400kV), with responsibilities including:
Planning and carrying out site acceptance testing and commissioning for protection and control systems in line with SR141 commissioning authorisation and approved procedures
Performing functional and performance testing on protection systems, control systems, control panels and associated secondary equipment and infrastructure
Witnessing and supporting factory acceptance testing (FAT) against approved test documentation
Ensuring installation, test and commissioning works are delivered to agreed technical methods, procedures and standards
Attending and providing input to SR106 commissioning panel meetings
Producing, collating and managing the project commissioning file
Controlling drawings and schematics, including mark-ups and updates arising from commissioning
