This is a well-supported household with an existing cleaner, gardener and nanny; therefore, the role is not focused on deep cleaning or primary childcare. Instead, the family is looking for a highly organised, proactive and capable person who can confidently oversee the day-to-day operational running of the home while maintaining excellent household standards. The successful candidate will help ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently at all times, taking responsibility for household organisation, wardrobe management, cooking, household supplies, contractor coordination and practical family support. A key part of the role will involve liaising with contractors, coordinating appointments and helping oversee practical household projects and maintenance matters as they arise. The family is looking for someone who notices what needs doing, thinks ahead naturally and takes pride in keeping a busy household running well. The role also includes monitoring school communications and parent WhatsApp groups, helping keep track of reminders, forms, uniforms, deliveries and general household organisation. A genuine love of dogs is essential, as the family’s Shih Tzu is a very important part of the household and daily family life.
