As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Your ability to upsell products and maintain an organised approach will be key to driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
* Utilise effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits clearly.
* Demonstrate merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal.
* Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly.
* Employ phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or email.
* Upsell additional products or services based on customer preferences and requirements.
* Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that all sales materials are up-to-date.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing sales records accurately.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proven time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
