We are looking for an Account Manager who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our job&talent Global Clients.
Shift pattern: 8am - 4pm must be flexible with working hours

Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations of the site, managing a team of 50+ workers to meet productivity and safety targets.
2. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining zero lost-time incidents.
3. Coordinate workforce scheduling to achieve 100% shift coverage and optimize labour costs.
4. Liaise with clients and internal departments to meet service level agreements and client expectations.
5. Champion adoption and usage of our product platform with team members, workers and clients.
6. Conduct performance reviews with staff, providing coaching and support to help them meet their targets
7. Supervise the accurate processing of rotas, holiday bookings, and absence tracking
8. Support the onboarding, development, and engagement of workers on site
9. Act as the key point of contact for all operational matters related to the account
10. Lead weekly meetings with site managers and recruiters to review operational performance ( absences, KPIs)
11. Maintain excellent working relationships with client representatives and internal departments at Job&Talent
12. Provide regular updates and reports on KPIs and service performance to internal and external stakeholders
13. Investigate and respond to any service complaints, ensuring resolution and follow-up actions are completed
14. Attend weekly meetings with clients to review performance, share insights, and gather service feedback

A successful candidate will have
16. Minimum 2-3 years experience managing operations at multi-site or high-volume facilities.
17. Proven ability to manage teams of 50+ workers effectively.
18. Previous experience in service or operations management, ideally in a logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or third-party environment
19. A strong track record in team leadership and workforce supervision
20. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop operational teams
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
22. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
23. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
24. Proficient IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel and Word
