Retail Team Leader
Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

Role Description:
As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, overseeing the end-to-end stock taking service across various client sites. The shifts vary, requiring flexibility, and you may need to travel daily to different sites and occasionally stay away from home.
Working Days and Hours:
* Days: Monday - Sunday, up to 5 days per week with potential flexibility
* Evening/Night shifts
Responsibilities:
* Ensure procedures and processes are followed
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Complete accurate stock counts within deadlines
* Monitor and improve team productivity
Person Specification:
* Full Driving License
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Effective communication skills
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
* Willingness and ability to travel
Additional Notes:
Work involves prolonged standing, using step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises with high and ground level stock. The role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts, and is restricted to applicants aged 18 and over.
