We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join us at our busy Basingstoke site.
Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, 1 in 3 Saturday paid as overtime 8.00 am to 12.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling external parts sales enquiries with speed and professionalism.
* Accurately pricing parts and updating internal systems.
* Building long-term relationships with our valued customers.
* Liaising with trusted suppliers to ensure the best service.
* Maintaining high standards in customer service and administration.
* Driving parts sales growth through excellent product knowledge and sales skills.
Ideally, we are looking for:
* At least 2 years' experience in a motor trade parts department.
* LCV or HGV parts experience is highly desirable.
* A person with top-tier customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
* Organised, proactive, and driven to meet sales targets.
