We are looking for a Training and Planning Manager.
We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
* To maximise the performance of the operation by ensuring accurate, detailed planning information to enable the operation to direct the daily, weekly and monthly activities and identify any potential shortfalls.
* Produce detailed volume driven plans for individual site operations based on the efficient activity level workflows and targeted KPI's for each shift in advance
* Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations. Maximise accuracy, productivity and space utilisation.
* Manage daily operational reporting across the business
* Identify any areas of contingency planning required across the site
* Ownership & Accountability for Site Training Matrix, Mgmt. Training to drive best practice, consistency and compliance
* Working closely with the Flow room

* Confident in using MS Office with excellent MS Excel skills
* Experience with Macro systems desirable
* Previous Planning Manager experience essential
* Experience working in a supply chain environment would be desirable, however not essential
* Comfortable working in a high pressure environment
