Main duties and responsibilities
We are currently working with a leading global law firm who are seeking KYC Paralegal support on an urgent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a top tier international firm, supporting their client due diligence and onboarding processes.
* Start date: ASAP (within 1 to 2 weeks)
* Duration: 3 months initially, with strong likelihood of extension
* Location: Manchester or London office
* Working pattern: Full time, ideally 4 days per week in the office
Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will be supporting the firm’s KYC and client onboarding function, including:
* Assisting with client due diligence processes
* Reviewing and processing KYC documentation
* Supporting the clearance of backlog work relating to ongoing client onboarding
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain required information
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
What we look for
* Previous KYC or client due diligence experience is strongly preferred
* Experience within a law firm environment is highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Candidates who are immediately available and able to interview this week will be prioritised.
Additional Information
Given the nature of this opportunity, candidates must be able to start at short notice. While the preference is for 4 days per week in the office, candidates able to attend 3 days may still be considered.
