We are seeking a talented and proactive
Workplace Technology Engineer
to join our Service Delivery Technology team. This permanent role plays a crucial part in empowering users with the latest Microsoft 365 tools and ensuring a modern, efficient workplace environment. What You Will Do
Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Power Platform. Provide guidance, training, and support to end users. Develop user documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials. Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap to identify changes and implications. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth rollouts. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance the digital workplace experience. About You
The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and end-user functionalities. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online customization is a bonus. Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills. ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience in IT service management is desirable.
