Midlands Your New Job Working as part of a team operating our high spec Recycler, Jetvac or Cityflex units, you will visit all types of clients — commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, utility, etc. — across the UK carrying out Cleaning, Desilt, Root Cutting & associated CCTV where necessary. Generally working with a CCTV Team, you will take a lead from the CCTV Drainage Engineer when on site but also work under your own initiative where possible. What you will do Driving & Operating HGV Jetting equipment day to day. Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment Ensure Company policies are always adhered to. Ensure all site related incidents are reported to your Supervisor. Contribute and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalate. Work closely with CCTV Drainage Engineer and Drainage & CCTV Technicians, ensuring all Jetting & CCTV work completed on site. Contribute towards producing high quality results, reports and feedback. Always establish good relationships and communication and resolve issues and early resolution of any potential problems. You need to be flexible too: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours working across the UK. What skills you will bring Required Qualifications & Professional Membership(s): Desirable: Clean HGV Driving Licence Experience operating HGV Jetting equipment NRSWA Streetworks Confined space level 2 and above High-pressure water jetting Manual Handling & First Aid at Work CSCS & Fit to Work Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Personal Track Safety (PTS) Water Hygiene & Reverse Assist Knowledge & Experience: Proven experience within the Utilities Sector – preferably in the Drainage Industry Proven experience of working in customer service or a customer focused environment. Professional, customer focused with a good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning. Working knowledge of Health and Safety Knowledge of waste network operations business processes IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package Skills & Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills, with ability to contribute to delivering tasks to deadline. Positive approach Self-motivated and organised. Flexible attitude and approach. Team player, and able to work on own initiative.
