Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support/ Application Support or similar role. Strong experience in Application Support, Windows, Databases and Remote Access Tools. Proficiency with service desk ticketing tools (Jira). Ability to work autonomously and take initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft qualifications or degree preferred.
