TFF Breaks is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all platforms. If you live and breathe content, understand the nuances of each platform, and know how to grow, engage, and energise a community — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all TFF Breaks social media channels – ensuring consistent voice, tone, and branding.
* Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.), aligning with overall business goals.
* Plan and manage content calendars across all channels, working closely with other team members to ensure timely and engaging output.
* Lead community management – actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive and loyal community.
* Analyse performance data across platforms, identify trends, and use insights to inform and improve future content and strategy.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar social media management role.
* Strong understanding of platform-specific content, trends, and algorithms.
* Creative thinker with excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently or collaboratively.

Location: Remote or based in our Liverpool office
