Salary: £23,000 £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are currently looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who shares our commitment to excellence, quality, and child-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support childrens development
* Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met
* Foster strong partnerships with parents/carers and colleagues to support each childs well-being
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Contribute to the Outstanding practice and uphold the nurserys values, ethos, and standards
* Support the safeguarding, health, and well-being of all children in your care
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and observation skills
* A nurturing, positive, and proactive approach
* Commitment to delivering Outstanding practice
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
