Our dynamic team manages everything from marketing and guest bookings to property care, ensuring a seamless and professional service at every step.
Job duties and responsibilities
The job role duties and responsibilities will include:
* carrying out property inspections and condition reports
* ensuring properties are fully compliant with the relevant regulations
* liaising with cleaning teams, maintenance contractors, suppliers and our guest support team
* creating standard operating procedures and systems for new properties
* new property onboarding and preparation to go live
* updating clients on property performance, condition and recommendations for improvement
* own diary management and scheduling
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* previous property management / letting agency experience (essential)
* the ability to manage a busy and differing workload
* proficient experience in using Microsoft Office or equivalent Google G Suite applications
* the ability to work as part of a team and alone
* a desire for varied job role which will involve working on site and at home
* the ability to work methodically and react quickly to problems
* good communication skills in order to confidently speak with clients and various suppliers face to face and by telephone
* a full UK driving license and own transport
Job location and working hours
The job role will be based from Shrewsbury but will involve working out at different properties and locations. Most of our properties are in Shropshire, with some in Chester, North Wales and Hereford. Driving will be an essential part of this role.
Normal working hours and salary
Flexible hours can be offered; hrs per week and can be worked to suit school hours, generally between 10am and 4pm, weekends may also be available to suit the applicant.
The salary stated is full-time equivalent and will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis according to the agreed contracted working hours.
Some overtime may be required and/or offered at times.

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
