Harbour Healthcare is recruiting an Activities Coordinator to join our team in Bradford. Responsibilities include:
* Organizing and coordinating tailored individual and group activities, including themed events based on holidays and traditions.
* Booking external entertainment providers.
* Organizing community outings, considering transport and accessibility.
* Planning a stimulating activity program to improve residents’ quality of life.
* Maintaining records of resident participation and needs.
* Participating in fundraising events.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience working with residents with dementia.
* Genuine interest in residents.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and organize effectively.
* Good time management skills.
