This is a fantastic opportunity to provide general classroom support across KS2 and work closely with our Special Educational Needs (SEN) unit, helping every child reach their full potential. Your Key Responsibilities: Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities across KS2. Individual & Group Support: Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to reinforce learning and boost confidence. SEN Support: Provide tailored assistance to pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion and progress. Resource Preparation: Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources to support teaching. Behaviour & Wellbeing: Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing, following school policies and safeguarding guidelines. Assessment & Feedback: Support teachers in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback where appropriate. Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
