We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team, working with our Year 3 class.
About the role
As our new Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and build confidence
* Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and displays
* Help create a positive, caring, and stimulating learning environment
* Support pupils’ social and emotional development
About you
We would love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience working with primary-aged children (experience in KS2 desirable)
* Are patient, positive, and passionate about helping children succeed
* Have good literacy and numeracy skills
* Can work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team
* Hold (or are willing to work towards) a relevant Level 2/3 qualification
