Estimator Construction Our Construction client in the Dungannon area are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their commercial team. The business delivers high-quality projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors and is looking for an organised professional to support its continued growth. The Role You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, analysing drawings and tender documents, and supporting the commercial function from enquiry through to project handover. This role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail and a solid understanding of construction processes.
