Job Description

Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with overall business goals.

Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with major clients.

Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while balancing internal priorities.
*
Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of client organizations.
*
Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and long-term planning.
*
Regularly report on sales performance, profitability, and key initiatives.
*
Manage account-specific costs and ensure profitability.
*
Oversee limited edition product cycles in coordination with internal teams.
*
Provide insights into category trends through collaboration with clients and industry contacts.
*
Support tender processes and proposal development as required.
*
Act as a liaison with clients to maintain satisfaction with products and services.
*
Offer feedback to support innovation, quality, and customer care initiatives.
*
Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant customer information.
The Successful Applicant
*
A third-level qualification in a business-related discipline.
*
2-5 years' experience in a similar Key Account Management role, ideally within FMCG.
*
Proven ability to drive sales and develop long-term client solutions.
*
Strong customer focus and relationship-building capabilities.
*
High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
*
Strong organizational and planning skills.

Experience preparing professional customer proposals and presentations.
