Role Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth operations across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Records Management & Audits 📊
Maintain and monitor archiving systems.
Prepare documentation for quarterly audits.
Manage access control records.Travel & Event Coordination ✈️
Arrange business travel and visa bookings.
Support planning and execution of internal and external events.Office & Facilities Support 🏢
Cover reception duties and visitor management.
Handle filing, data entry, and document management.Health & Safety 🩹
Serve as a designated First Aider and Fire Warden.
Oversee Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments.Additional Support 🤝
Assist in the distribution of sports tickets and event allocations.
Provide general administrative support across teams and projects. 
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
Work Arrangement
Hybrid - 4 days in office 1 day from home
