The role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join on an interim basis for 4–5 months, providing immediate support across core finance operations and ensuring continuity during a busy period. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial control, reporting accuracy, and supporting senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring robust financial controlsLead on monthly management accounts, reporting, and analysisManage budgeting and forecasting processesSupport year-end preparation / audit where requiredProvide financial insight and reporting to senior managementSupervise / support junior finance team membersDrive improvements in processes, controls, and reporting efficiencyPartner with key stakeholders across the business to support decision-makingKey Requirements
