Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for vetting shop visit invoices, totaling approximately $1 billion per month. The role involves ensuring efficient invoice processing, driving data insights to reduce shop visit costs, and supporting claims related to customer charges.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead a high-performing invoice management team.
* Oversee vetting of $1 billion in invoices monthly to prevent cost leakage.
* Collaborate with the off-wing operations team to ensure strong cost control within the MRO network.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives to reduce shop visit costs through data insights and process improvements.
* Report progress on strategic initiatives via the WAVE tool for board updates.
* Increase Customer Responsible Charges (CRCs) by £250m annually through process rigor and justification.
* Resolve escalations effectively to prevent recurrence.
* Implement audit actions and improve related processes and tools.
* Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance invoice vetting and payment efficiency.
* Act as a deputy for the Programme Executive for Shop Visit Cost when required.
