Base pay range
Our client is seeking a HR Advisor to work alongside the Head of People and Well-being as a key member of the team. Your role will involve providing direction and support to other colleagues and provide comprehensive and professional HR support to our employees and managers. You will be advising, supporting, coaching and influencing Managers with all ER matters

Description
The role of HR Advisor will off a variety to your day to day work including:
* Writing and implementing policies across the employee life cycle
* Leading on all aspects of investigations, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability
* Manage a wide range of ER cases including absence, conduct, capability and grievance
* Support the Head of People and Well-being with Employment Tribunal preparation
* Lead and support mediation meetings to resolve conflict
Profile
The successful applicant will have ideally 2 +years experience within a similar role and be able to clearly demonstrate capabilities across the following areas;
* Leading on disciplinary, grievance and capability hearings
* Experience of coaching and advising at management level
* A proven record of managing stakeholders
* Experience of managing TUPE transfers
Furthermore, the ideal candidates will be CIPD Level 5 or be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of ACAS guidelines and employment legislation

The role is offering an attractive salary of up to £32k and is based full time in the Blackpool office with free parking on site.
Occasional travel across the the North and Scotland is also required for this role
