As our Request Fulfilment Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality IT service experience to colleagues across Cadent. This role is central to ensuring the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of IT hardware and service requests, supporting our colleagues to do their best work.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation of being in the office three times a week. You’ll work within IT Service Operations, managing requests for laptops, desktops, peripherals, telephony, and new starter/leaver services. Alongside day-to-day delivery, you’ll analyse trends, maintain high-quality data, and identify opportunities to improve processes and increase first-time fix rates.

What youll bring:
Experience in an SLA-driven service support environment such as Service Desk or Request Fulfilment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users at all levels.
Good IT skills with experience supporting end-user hardware and services.
Ability to manage your own workload and remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Desirable: procurement knowledge, Ariba experience, and an interest in process improvement.
