As Deputy Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room, working closely with the Room Leader and wider team to deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities. You’ll act as a role model, guide and mentor to others while actively contributing to a positive, inclusive and child-focused environment. What You’ll Need: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework A confident, kind, and proactive approach to supporting both children and team members A passion for creating joyful, inclusive experiences for all children Why Work Here?
