Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
Strong cooking skills with a passion for high quality seasonal ingredients
Experience working in a professional kitchen that focuses on quality and consistency
A genuine interest in fine dining and learning techniques used in award winning kitchens
Ability to stay organised and composed during busy service periods
A team focused attitude with a willingness to support the wider brigade
Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Run and manage your section during service while maintaining exceptional standards
Prepare and cook dishes to the high level expected within a Michelin standard kitchen
Work closely with the senior chefs to ensure consistency and attention to detail
Support junior members of the brigade with guidance and training where needed
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures are always followed
Contribute ideas and maintain a proactive approach to improving the kitchen operation
