Responsibilities
As an experienced Case Handler, you will be responsible for:-
1. Handling transactions from inception to post completion
2. Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices
3. Managing, updating and organising case files
4. Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
5. Drafting legal documents, conducting searches
6. Providing advise and guidance to clients throughout the process
Skills required
To be considered for our experienced Case Handler vacancy it is essential that you have:-
7. You will ideally have a minimum 2 years conveyancing case handling experience
8. Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
9. You will have unrivalled organisational skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks.
