Job Title: SEN Teacher Slough\n\nLocation: South East England, Berkshire, Slough\n\nJob Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours\n\nPrimary Industry: Education and Training\n\nSecondary Industry: Education and Training\n\nSalary: £33,075 - £45,037 Per month\n\nJob Description:\n\nJob Duties:\n\nPlan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)\nAssess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and school staff\nCreate Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and implement strategies to support student learning\nCollaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to meet the diverse needs of SEN students\nManage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS)\nPrevious Teaching Experience\nPassion for Education\n\nEducation, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:\n\nProven experience working with SEN students\nStrong understanding of different learning styles and SEN strategies\nExcellent communication and time management skills\nAbility to be patient, empathetic, and adaptable in challenging situations\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nAdditional SEN training or qualifications\nExperience using assistive technology and resources for SEN students\nExperience in working with students with specific learning disabilities\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\nRegular working hours with occasional extra hours for meetings or planning\nClassroom-based teaching with opportunities for outdoor and practical learning activities\nCollaborative work with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals\nAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
