You may be working in a similar role such as a healthcare assistant, if you are passionate, caring, and have good communication skills we can offer all the training and support you need to become a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant with us. The Role We are looking to appoint a 1:1 Learning Partner/Senior Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. You will be supporting one of our pupils on a 1:1 basis. The role is fixed term for as long as the pupil is at our school. The main purpose of the Learning Partner is to support teaching and learning within classes.
