Our client, a fast-growing Insurtech SaaS business transforming how insurers, MGAs, and brokers operate. It's cloud-based platform streamlines underwriting, policy management, and claims — empowering their clients to innovate faster and serve their customers better.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key relationship owner for a portfolio of clients in the general and commercial insurance space. You’ll work closely with clients post–go-live, ensuring they realise the full value of our solutions and identifying opportunities for growth, adoption, and improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who loves combining relationship management, strategic insight, and commercial acumen within a dynamic SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
* Own client relationships post-implementation, acting as the trusted partner and main point of contact.
* Drive client success by ensuring strong adoption, satisfaction, and measurable value from our platform.
* Identify growth opportunities – from feature expansion and new modules to process optimisation and integration improvements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver client roadmaps and business outcomes.
* Monitor account health, usage trends, and client feedback to proactively mitigate risks or churn.
* Contribute to renewal and upsell processes, aligning product capabilities to evolving client needs.
* Stay up to date with insurance market trends and technology developments, bringing relevant insights to your clients.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management within a SaaS or technology-led business.
* Strong understanding of the general or commercial insurance sector (experience with MGAs, brokers, or carriers a plus).
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* A consultative, proactive mindset focused on delivering long-term value.
* Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable client strategies.
* Commercial awareness and comfort in identifying upsell or renewal opportunities.
