Summary of the key purposes of the role
* Contribute to the ongoing running and maintenance of reporting regimes with the team.
* Provide detailed analysis to support recommendations to shape Ayvens policies.
* Manage, develop, and maintain database tools, striving for automation to increase accuracy, flexibility, and scope of reporting.
Summary of Responsibilities
* Run and process manual and automated reports within the team.
* Perform periodic analysis of industry data, ALD residual values for new and used vehicles, disposal performance, and current fleet, highlighting areas of risk and recommending policy changes.
* Assist with vehicle queries from the wider business, including attending knowledge sharing seminars and sharing insights gained with the team and business as appropriate.
* Support the quotation, maintenance budget, and RV setting process for secondary leasing (Multi-Cycle Asset Management).
* Support the delivery of business projects with ad-hoc reporting as requested.
* Conduct ad-hoc testing for any new Pricing Software or updates.
* Support the wider Asset Risk team during peak times.
* Ensure that personal behaviour and attitude reflect the essence of our business and its core values.
