We’re looking for an excellent Digital Learning Assistant to join our People Team on a 7-month FTC and play a key role in bringing online learning to life across The Perfume Shop.
Working closely with our Learning & Development Team, you’ll help us deliver brilliant digital experiences that empower people to grow by creating engaging and inclusive online content.

What You’ll Do
* Create professional, accessible online learning content including PDFs, interactive modules and videos and ensure it integrates smoothly with the LMS.
* Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the LMS and related learning technologies.
* Partner with Internal Communications to share engaging updates when new learning launches.
* Provide friendly, timely LMS helpdesk support to employees.
* Collaborate with teams across the business to develop specialist and technical training solutions.
* Quality check all content and user experiences and produce regular and ad‑hoc learning reports.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in creating training materials is beneficial — but not essential. We’ll support you with training.
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
* Ability to design and develop creative, engaging learning materials.
* Excellent attention to detail and effective workload management.
* Comfortable using initiative and offering innovative ideas and solutions.
