The Role: The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons within the Key Stage 2 curriculum Create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and challenged Demonstrate effective behaviour management strategies that promote positive learning behaviours Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and the Senior Leadership Team Contribute to the wider life of the school and its strong community ethos The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about teaching and learning Champions diversity and inclusion within the classroom Has a strong understanding of behaviour management and positive classroom culture Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development Both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers (M1–M6) are encouraged to apply.
