Role: Administrative Assistant – 3-month FTC Salary: £15,425 per annum pro rata – this is the actual amount for working 3 days per week (FTE £25,709) Location: Colchester, Essex Your Role We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role is part-time (3 days per week) and will provide essential administrative support to the People team. Other key responsibilities include: Act as the first point of contact for queries related to the People system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including liaising with payroll and preparing letters as required. Process and respond to employment reference requests promptly. Provide general administrative support, including preparing letters, filing, answering calls, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining the weekly fire register.
