Job Description

4. Support managers with employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinaries.
5. Coordinate recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
6. Manage HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding, and leaver processes.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
8. Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
9. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
10. Support the HR team with administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law within the UK.
12. Experience in handling employee relations and recruitment processes.
13. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
14. A proactive approach to work and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
15. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable).
