Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Accreditation in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MD-102, AZ-104) or similar. Significant experience with: - Microsoft Server Operating Systems (support & deployment). - Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and MDM solutions. - Microsoft Azure infrastructure. - VMware or Hyper-V. - LAN technologies, including switches and VLANs. Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service focus. A full UK driving license and access to your own transport. Responsibilities: Leading and delivering IT projects with minimal supervision. Providing 2nd/3rd line support on a fast-paced IT helpdesk. Designing and implementing cutting-edge virtualization projects. Deploying and supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure infrastructure. Configuring and supporting SAN technologies. Supporting data protection and disaster recovery systems.
