Start Date: Monday 10th November 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs?
We're working with a lovely SEN School that provides a supportive, inclusive environment for children with special educational needs (SEN), including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). The school serves students aged 4-19, tailoring its curriculum to meet the diverse needs of each child.
🧩 About the role:
Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils primarily across KS1 and KS2
Plan and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones
Work closely with the SENCO, support staff and parents/carers to provide a consistent and holistic approach
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment)
A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every child's progress
To be eligible you must:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
